In this form of the game the player can bet on the player or the banker as two hands are dealt in the game. Each deal consists of two cards each.
The croupier calls the total and the table of play is used to determine if there is any need for drawing any more cards. If the player or banker achieves an 8 or a 9 in the first deal no further cards will be drawn. The croupier announces the winning hand. If both the player and banker have hands with the same value the croupier announces a tie. All ties are paid at 8:1 odds and all bets for the player and banker remain in place and active for the next game usually the customers are not allowed to retract their bets at this time.
